why Typesafe hasn't updated its Debian repository for Scala 2.10?

Anyone knows why Typesafe's Debian repository is not updated for Scala 2.10 and new sbt?

If I changed the Scala version in my project's sbt configuration file, would it automatically download and install Scala 2.10 for it?

That repository follows the Typesafe stack releases.
