pipe, objectA to objectB mapping

Hi, 

I need to read pipe delimited string and make an objectA. now I need to map fields of objectA(unstructured) to objectB(structured).

what is the best approach to make field mapping configurable. I approached thru spring framework using autowired and value annotation, it didn't came to my expectation.

basically I need to have all custom configuration at one place and using that map fields of objectA to objectB
