The copied version in the previous email is already out of date. If you're ever curious what's expected in a Mailing List, please check the live document.

Would it be possible to un“pin” it then so that it doesn't stay on top? It could either be replaced by an updated version or — I would prefer that — a bit more thorough description of each mailing lists purpose + an abrigded version of the rules + a link to the full version at the top like previously.
