Regression in Nightlies? Hover tooltip `code` text same color as background

This was working at one point fairly recently, but lately when I hover over an expression, or a sidebar implicit conversion marker, text styled as `code` in the tooltip has the same color as the background, which means it's impossible to read o_O

I tried editing prefs >> scala >> hover CSS to no affect, must be missing something, or am in the wrong place.

Anyone else having this issue in the nightlies?

Do you still have this issue? seems to be working now (in 4.4.0 nightly at least)

At some point it started working again, not sure when exactly, but nice to "see" again ;-)
