Scala IDE 4.2-RC3 is out!

We just released the third Release Candidate of Scala IDE 4.2! It contains a few more improvements of the new Async Debugger and it makes Build Scopes configurable.

This release can be consumed both from the regular update sites, and as a standalone Eclipse distribution.

Highlights:

- Auto Edits

- Async Debugger

- Scala 2.12 support

- Improvements in Refactoring support

- Configurable Build Scopes

Read all the details in our release notes. This is a release candidate, so please try it out and let us know if you find problems. If no serious regressions or blockers are found, we will promote this release as a final release.

Is there any documentation available for the Async Debugger?

I've looked at http://scala-ide.org/docs/current-user-doc/features.html but didn't find anything.

No, documentation for the Async Debugger doesn't yet exist. It is planned for the final release.
