There has been some progress with the latest multiple scala version
support recently, and it just hit the latest nightly ! We'd love a bit
of help hashing out the kinks and details !

If you're interested in testing it out on your 2.10 projects, here's a
blog post describing the latest changes, and how you can help :

http://scala-ide.org/blog/source-level.html

The latest nightly is available here:
http://download.scala-ide.org/nightly-scala-ide-4.0.x-211x

We would be tremendously grateful if developers were to try it out,
open a couple of 2.10 projects, and report what works for them and
what doesn't. We already have further improvements that are going to
build on top of this for the next milestone, but we'd love to hear
from you in the meantime.

Is this available in the Eclipse Luna nightly?

I can't seem to find the scala source level flag...

It should be, but only strictly after July 11. So if you could check
your 'About Eclipse'/'Installation Details' and look at the version
string you get for the 'ScalaIDE for Eclipse' ? Did you refresh your
view of the update site's contents (Available Update Sites/ Select the
4.0.0 Luna nightly / Reload) ?

The version string is showing ....201407060513..... so I suppose this version is too old.

I only tried installing this morning on a fresh PC, so there seems to be an issue somewhere.
Eclipse also doesn't find any updates...

I'm sorry, I'm afraid we forgot to update a symbolic link for our Luna
nightlies. Please try now, my Eclipse can touch 201407140514 (so, this
morning's nightly) on the server.

Thanks for looking into this. I got things working quite well.

In the coming days I will try out this setup and let you know if I run into any issues...
