We just released the second Release Candidate of Scala IDE 4.2! In
contrast to the first release candidate, it contains a few improvements of the new Async Debugger. Furthermore, some regressions were fixed too.
This release can be consumed both from the regular update sites, and as a standalone Eclipse distribution.

The update site at http://download.scala-ide.org/sdk/next/lithium/e44/scala211/dev/site/ doesn't seem to have been updated with RC2 yet.
