Breeze 0.11-M0 released

Hi everyone,

I released a small milestone release for Breeze ahead of my disappearing. It's mostly bug fixes. 

In other news, I pulled all of the Breeze components back into a single repo, including visualization and macros. My plan to neglect viz until someone made a better library seems to have failed, and I find myself needing to make some charts these days.

Hence, there's a breeze-viz 0.11-M0 as well.
