file.line Command Sperate sls files

[STharp]

I have to make 25 edits to a file and the file.line command does exactly what I want. Here is my policy my question is do I ahve to so 25 sls files or is there another way that I ahve not yet discovered. 

 /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2:
   file.line:
     - after: '0.0.0.0/0,tcp,427'
     - content: '10.38.0.0/16,tcp,8443'
     - mode: insert
             10.1.0.0/16,tcp,8443
