Terminate EC2 instance using salt/reactor

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to create an end-to-end process of starting an instance using salt-cloud, apply changes and running salt-scripts after instance is fired up, and then terminate the ec2 instance when the conditions are met using saltstack.

Can anyone help me on this?

A simple condition for the termination of the instance is when a certain file is created.

I want to know is this is feasible using salt.
