Strange Dependencies with sparasemapcontent (com.mchange.v2.c3p0)

I've run in to a strange bit of dependencies with sparse. Below are
three of the many error lines that were kicked when starting the
application. This time it was missing com.mchange.v2.c3p0. Before, I
was getting the same error, except it said that is was missing
org.apache.commons.cli.
Any thoughts as to why this might be?

I was just about to email you. There are some differences between ieb/sparsemapcontent/pom.xml and nyuatlas/sparsemapcontent/pom.xml.
I'm sorting it out now in nyuatlas/sparsemapcontent and will get back to you in a few. Erik
