Uploading an existing app to Heroku

Hi there,

I have an existing web app that I cloned from cloud server to my local folder(Desktop) , and I am planning to upload it to a different cloud platform(Heroku)

I created a new app in Heroku but when I tried pushing it I got this error: Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists. 

Does anyone tried this and having the same issue? I would really appreciate your help.
