simple monitoring of a sails app

Hi All, I'm reaching out to find out what people are using to monitor their apps.  I really like the idea of something like appMetrics but it doesnt seem to be working well for sails right now.  What I'm looking for is something very simple to output cpu, memory, event loop etc.  For now just outputting on console.log is fine but I'd like to persist the data in a database as well.

So, whats everyone using?
