Error in sleuth_prep using salmon data

Hi Rob!

I am trying to run salmon_0.9.1-wasabi_0.2-sleuth_0.29.0 following the blog post. I got the error in sleuth_prep:

summarizing bootstraps

.Error in process_bootstrap(i, samp_name, kal_path, num_transcripts, est_counts_sf[[i]], :

File h5 has no bootstraps.Please generate bootstraps using "kallisto quant -b".File DRR016125_quant/abundance.h5 has no bootstraps.Please generate bootstraps using "kallisto quant -b".

I run the salmon with --numBootstraps 30, however I didn't get quant_bootstraps.sf file, just bootstraps file that isn't .sf format stored in aux_info folder.
