Animate slider in Sage Version 6.2

Is there a way to animate a slider in version 6.2 such that it cycles through the range of values automatically? The only hits I found were that geogebra can do it, but sage cannot.
I'm running  Sage Version 6.2 Release Date: 2014-05-06 on Ubuntu 14.04.

Sage does have an animate command, which you might find useful. Do

animate?
