Smells like you downloaded the wrong Sage binary, in other words, your
distro is too old for the one you had chosen.

The version tag 3.4.21 is from GCC 5.x, your GCC is presumably 4.8 or
4.9 (from Debian 7 or 8, respectively, I think).
