SageMathCell about to upgrade to Sage-6.6

Hello,

http://sagecell.sagedev.org/ is running a fresh version with Sage-6.6 which has completely different display system.

Please test with your favourite code/interact and report anything that seems to be broken.

JSmol 3D plotting does not work at the moment, but hopefully will work again at least in Firefox in a few days and perhaps in other browsers as well.

Also it now uses MathJax shipped with Sage, meaning upgrade from 2.2 to 2.5 which is faster and has a very quick preview.

Yes, unfortunately, I broke help system some time ago (no idea when) - it does not work on sagecell.sagemath.org either. On the bright side, help(Graph) was broken as well but displays text version on sagedev, so there is progress.

JSmol is working again in Firefox on http://sagecell.sagedev.org/ I've tried to eliminate repeated unzipping by serving files separately, but it made things even worse, so it has to be taken care of by JSmol team. No work on other browsers yet.

Main server will be upgraded to this version sometime next week.
