Access notebook object inside worksheet process (scripts in sage cell)

Hi everyone,

I am trying to adapt sage notebook to an application which involves accessing the notebook object inside the web interface, for example, I want to make several copies of current worksheet and run it through sage scripts inside a cell rather than by clicking on the web page.

I can pass some string variables into a worksheet through worksheet.initialize_sage(), but I don't know how to access or interacting with the notebook object inside a standalone worksheet process.

Or is there a way to send a signal from the worksheet process(scripts in sage cell) to the backend? For example, if there is a way to access the js interface inside the scripts, then I can send the worksheet command to the backend.

Any idea?
