where is the frobby package?

Hello,

I was trying to install the optional frobby package for Sage and got

It's not just that the file isn't mirrored, it's not on the main server
either. (So the error message is wrong as well.)

I guess it was merged with 7.3.beta8, when fileserver.sagemath.org was
down, so the package metadata exists (because of the ****** "unified git
repo"), but the package tarball couldn't be uploaded to the server.

The upstream tarball is here:

(according to [1] at least...)
