selecting many cells -- how?

Who can I select many, perhaps all, cells in a worksheet? I want to
hide/delete all cell output at once and the button to do this suggests
that this is possible as it mentions "selected cells" but Ido not know
how to select cells except by clicking inside them one at a time.

It should work by dragging over more than one cell with the mouse (or
shift-key & up/down key)

To select all of them, hold the ctrl-key while pressing "a" (for
"all"). Then the circled X to delete all cell's output and the play
button to re-evaluate them.

Sage worksheets are just normal "modern" text editor documents -- you
select a range of "cells" by just selecting a range of text.

The circled X to delete was broken for a week by the Codemirror
upgraded; however, I pushed out a fix about 3 days ago.
