EGYPTIAN VULTURE – for those that are close by and can get there quickly, it seems that the juvenile bird south of Satara in the Kruger National Park seems to be hanging around at the moment. It is around an elephant carcass along the H1-3 about 500m south of the intersection with the H6. After the initial report this morning, it was seen and photographed again around 09h15 and was still present around midday perched in a tree with other Vultures – reported by Simon Vegter.

Kind regards
Trevor
