BAR-TAILED GODWIT - still present this morning at the same spot as previously reported on the northern end of the Blesbokspruit (Gauteng). It seems that it is only present here in the early mornings (no afternoon sightings despite birders trying) and it is suspected that too much local activity along the river later on in the day moves it off - reported by Michael Johnson.
