SQUACCO HERON – what is assumed to be the same individual was located this morning at the Rietvlei portion of the Table Bay Nature Reserve along the peninsula where the picnic sites are. This is only a few hundred metres from where the bird had been previously seen at the Dolphin Beach Pans – reported by Craig Adam.

BAT HAWK – what is assumed to be the same individual was seen again this morning interacting with 2 Pied Crows over Delta Park in Johannesburg before heading off east towards Craighall Park. It seems to really be an early morning bird – reported by Geoff Lockwood.
