Does anyone know the DPI of our laser cutter in engraving mode? Thank you

Absolute maximum is 1000 DPI, however that's mechanical/electrical DPI. Actual DPI is dependent on material, adjustment, power level and which lens you're using (how fine the laser light can be focused), and scan gap setting in the software for the engrave layer. In reality I'd guess that you're looking at 100 to 600 DPI.
