Hi Ken & Don,

The new roof is complete! There shouldn’t be anymore issues, however, do keep me posted upon the next rainfall. IF you see ANY water leaks/puddling please photograph and notify me immediately.

I feel confident APEX did the job correctly but of course there is always the possibly of human error, a seal overlooked, etc. Also, if you could please make sure their work hasn’t affected the AC unit functioning that would be great.

Lastly, please communicate to all board members that the roof is off limits. If you guys need to install an antenna please do so to the outer edge/facade or rear wall of the building but not the roof.
