No electrical powe to the laser cutter

Is there any reason the laser cutter breaker is turned off? Is it the 220 on the left or right side of the panel?

The on/off switch is broken and stuck on.

Use the e-stop to turn it off and on.

Problem solved; needed to twist the E-Stop button.
