Inmoov re-vamp/re-build/ old disposal

Looking up the inmoov plans the other day I've noticed that a large number of parts have been re-designed and are going to need to be re-printed.

Also while working on some of the parts ive come to regret deciding to print a large portion of it out of PLA.

I.e. I was spray painting some new PLA parts on Saturday and left them in the sun to dry, after a couple hours they were completely deformed.

I do hope to be able to transport inmoov for events in the future but having made a large portion of the structure from PLA means it'd be at risk of melting if it got left in the sun for to long.

Long story short I'm planning to do a large amount of printing in ABS in the next month and wondering if anybody would be willing to help divide the printing that needs to be done.

The other part of the story is what to do with the current build, all the electronics and ABS parts will be re-used for the re-build, but that still leaves a large chunk of PLA Robot left.

I propose to set up a time lapse video of it being melted in the back of a hot car/heat chamber etc.

If there is anybody that would like to help in arranging this or has another idea of what to do with it let me know.

I'm not sure how many volunteers you'll get for leaving their video recording equipment in the sun (or worse, inside the car!) :P

I was planning to use a pi and webcam to do a time lapse, but it'd need to be outside the car to be spared the heat lol.
