meant to be part of the slide deck - or is it an addition to the slide deck?

While we're on the subject of verifying the submission criteria I have a few questions:

1. Are the wireframes/design layout to be submitted separate from the slide deck?
2. Does the 1500 character count include whitespace?

Thanks for your questions! Answers are below:

1) As you can see in the Final Submission form, the wireframe and slidedecks are two separate fields where you can upload individual documents.

2) The 1500 characters does include spaces.
