Dear Admin SFML,

 

I have received Invoice No. OCM/2014-2015/Q4/710 dtd 19.01.2015 for services which are not in my knowledge and lacks clarity . Off late we have  received two earlier mails also on this subject for which I had already replied asking for relevent documents and details . I have not yet received any documents or details till date hence it may be concluded that the mails / bill is auto generated and erroneously created .

 

You are once again requested to kindly recheck the bill and confirm the same . You are also advised to send the following documents  

 

1.      Copy of the occupancy Certificate issued by Govt of Punjab .
2.      Copy of the completion certificate issued by Govt of Punjab.
3.      List of services we are entitled for under this maintenance scheme.
4.      Rates finalized on monthly basis and the date till which the offer is valid at this rate.
5.      Calibration of the electricity meter fixed for the flat owned by undersigned duly issued by W&M Dept  and with seal on the meter provided.

 

As per the GOI norms , the residential complex will be fit for occupancy only after occupancy and completion certificate is issued by the competant authority . Till such time , when the construction is in progress , the place is highly unsafe and illegal for occupancy for residentail purpose.

 

Your reply is awaited and kindly do the needful in cancellation of the above said invoice as the same is erraneously created and there is no dues pending from our side . Also requesting you to kindly reimburse the amount of Rs 26000.00 alongwith interest for 2 ½ years paid during July 2012 , since the complex is not yet ready for occupancy and the maintenance will be finalised only after occupancy certificate is issued by Govt Authority .
