URGENTE RUBY DEV - PROYECTO DE UN ANO + MONOTRIBUTO

Estoy buscando alguien que pueda trabajar full time por monotributo en un proyecto con duración de un año aproximadamente.
La contratación es a traves de Innova, una empresa de sistemas, para un cliente en USA
El perfil que nos piden es el siguiente..
Perfil con +3 años de experiencia en Ruby on Rails 4, Python, and MySQL (though we may migrate to PostgreSQL in 2018).
y las actividades que va a tener son las siguientes:
● write and run tests,
● participate in code review,
● advise and collaborate with the technical lead,
● be comfortable writing and running migrations to be used on databases that already contain data,
● efficiently perform research and clearly express relevant findings,
● dig into complex issues to understand them and suggest solutions,
● incrementally improve the existing codebase,
● understand requirements and deliver code that generally meets those requirements,
● conduct themselves professionally,
