Bad link in API Documentation Guidelines

I was reading the API Documentation Guidelines - http://guides.rubyonrails.org/api_documentation_guidelines.html when I clicked on the link for "additional directives" - http://rdoc.rubyforge.org/RDoc/Parser/Ruby.html

The link doesn't appear to be valid.

I don't know what the correct link should be, but it would be nice if somebody could fix it if they know where it should be going.

Yep, that's good in master

It's going to be updated with 4.2 in stable docs.
