There is no documentation for Single Table Inheritance!

The only reference I found about STI on the guides was a simple note here: http://edgeguides.rubyonrails.org/active_record_basics.html#schema-conventions

I think we should have a complete section about what it is and how to configure it.

I will wait few days to see if someone wants to write it. If no one want, I will consider to study it and write the guide.
