About Rails Bot and its Performance

I'm a Ph.D. student from Software Engineering Institute, Peking University.

I'm studying code reviews in FLOSS projects hoping to contribute some insights for higher efficiency.

I have a few questions to ask you practitioners.

You employ Rails Bot to @ developers to review pull-requests, and I find that less than 30% of its

@ got responses from the developers who were @, but the @ that hit reduced the waiting time for the

first response to the contributors.

How do you feel about Rails Bot? Does it help? Does it work as expected?

Do you have some plan to make it better in the near future?
