 Hi All

Recently I want to upgrade my rails application to 4.2.3. For that I am using rails:update rake task to update my config. As I am using mongoid as ORM I have to go explicitly re comment active record related configuration after updation. So I am thinking it would be better if we able to pass something like --skip-activerecord such that it would auto comment active record related configuration. Thoughts please?

 Thanks in advance

Regards
  Siva

Makes sense to me, happy to see a pull request with such change.
