Position 1:


Sr. Architect SAP CRM - Services Modules: SAP CRM functional consultant

Location: Charlton, MA


 

Role: Sr. SME/Architect level consultant on SAP CRM Service Module with strong middleware knowledge, strong exp. on IPC/VC etc.

  • 10+ years of SAP - CRM Services Module Experience
  • 5 to 6 years + SAP CRM solution design, configuration and implementation of CRM web services
  • TWO FULL life-cycle implementations of SAP CRM projects specially related to service management.
  • Experience configuring and extending existing middleware objects for additional functionality Experience with SAP CRM Master Data, transactions etc
  • Configuration expertise on
  • Service Order Management
  • Repairs & Returns Management
  • Service Contracts Management
  • Equipment and Installed Base Management
  • Expertise in Implementation and integration with non SAP software’s like IBASE, IPC
  • Service Management with compliant management and returns process configuration
  • Bug fixing – Techno functional
  • Integration with SAP ECC’s SD & PM Modules
  • Load Management
  • Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects
  • Worked closely with Data Warehouse, ABAP, Basis and other teams in design and implementation of SAP projects.
  • Create functional designs and review technical designs.

Position2:


Title:- PeopleSoft HCM Architect

Location:- Albany NY

Duration:- 12 Months



 

                                                                                                            

Responsibility 
DUTIES: Under the direction of Business Lead the HCM Architect for the PeopleSoft solution on the Client-Project; this role includes, but is not limited to, the following key responsibilities for the following activities:
•         Responsible for architecting the core line of business functionality for the Client PeopleSoft HCM solution
•         Identifying the solution ‘fits’ and communicating these to the wider Architecture and Functional teams
•         Responsible for identifying and analyzing appropriate solution ‘gaps’ and working with the Functional team to develop the associated functional specs
•         Responsible for the design and configuration of the PeopleSoft HCM module – this responsibility also includes training resources on PeopleSoft HCM 
•         Support Application Development and Test triage and Break/Fix analysis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•   The resource needs to have five (5) years of PeopleSoft HCM work experience with following HCM modules:
o   Workforce Administration 
o   Benefits Administration
o   Base Benefits
o   NA Payroll

Position 3:



Title:- PeopleSoft Tuning Specialist

Location:- Albany , NY

Duration:- 12 Months

 

 


Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM, the PeopleSoft Tuning Specialist will lead activities related to troubleshooting, identifying bottlenecks, monitoring performance and implementing solutions that address performance. This role will require the ability to view the entire PeopleSoft application architecture stack including web server, application server, database server, operating system, storage and network to get to the root cause of performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Person should be strong in “SQL Tuning”, SQL Statements, handling transactions through SQL 
Duties
Five years’ experience tuning applications within PeopleSoft Internet Architecture:
Five years’ experience tuning applications within PeopleSoft process scheduler:
Five years’ experience tuning applications accessing PeopleSoft data structures
Five years’ experience tuning applications within PeopleSoft Application Engine and SQR processes
Five years’ experience tuning SQL by changing Oracle cost based optimizer behavior
Five years’ experience tuning SQL by administering Oracle cost based optimizer statistics:
Five years’ experience in monitoring PeopleSoft performance:
Five year experience in detecting, analyzing and resolving PeopleSoft performance problems
Five years’ experience using and analyzing PeopleSoft traces
Five years’ experience identifying problem SQL, analyzing execution plans, and developing tuning options
Five years’ experience writing SQL for production PeopleSoft applications
Three years’ experience in PeopleSoft application development writing online PeopleCode, Application Engine or SQR programs:





Position 4:


Role: QE Engineer

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Sunnyvale, CA


 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes for the IT organization.

·         Works closely with IT leaders to develop and implement an overall quality maturity roadmap and plan for each IT functional area.

·         Works with development, testing and production teams to develop, publish and implement software quality assurance plans.

·         Reviews progress toward the plan regularly with IT leaders, technical teams and customers to make modifications as necessary.

·         Establishes internal IT service quality control standards, policies and procedures.

·         Monitors, evaluates, manages and executes audit processes to ensure compliance.

·         Coordinates and facilitates quality assurance activities across projects with project managers.

·         Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to IT teams on QA methodologies and processes, educates them on their responsibilities/accountabilities for the purpose of achieving on-time and quality deliverables.

·         Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the software development lifecycle process.

·         Documents non-compliance to policies, process and standards and assists in their resolution. Analyzes and identifies trends in IT performance metrics.

·         Designs, monitors and analyses performance metrics program for quality improvement initiatives.

·         Conducts audits and analyzes findings to develop appropriate corrective action recommendations.

·         Provides training on established processes and policies.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

 

·         The needed skills and knowledge include systems lifecycle development, project management, quality management and improvement methodologies and standards such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma and the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model (SEI-CMM).

·         Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

·         Typically has 3 - 5 years of IT and business experience, with at least 3 years in Quality Assurance, 1 - 3 years of audit or assessment or other relevant experience.
