Cannot start a new project (new(LoadError))

Just installed Ruby from the RubyInstaller.com link (Ruby 2.2.5 (x64)) on my E:\ drive.

Changed the path from C:\ to E:\ using the following code : cd /d H:\

Each time I try to run this"ruby new testProject" I get the following error:

ruby: no such file or directory -- new (LoadError)

E:\>ruby --version

ruby 2.2.5p319 (2016-04-26 revision 54774) [x64-mingw32]

E:\>gem --version

2.4.5.1

Any recommendations?
