ERROR: error installing rails

I am trying to install gem rails and always having same error.'The Json native gem requires installed build tools. Please help me solve this problem.

It looks like the DevKit didn't install properly.

If you could follow the DevKit install instructions again (https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/wiki/Development-Kit)

then when running

    ruby dk.rb install

Get me the output of that command plus the contents of the `config.yml` file in the DevKit folder.
