i cant download rubyinstaller.exe file from (http://rubyinstaller.org/downloads)

this file not in another miror or website ......or some other ways

i am really happy if help me :)

It may just be temporary outage of the download mirror, or the download site (bintray.com) may be blocked for you. =/

If this is still a problem let me know.
