403 when hitting Rubygems registry

Hi,

Since a few hours, we're getting 403s when hitting Rubygems from https://gemnasium.com (5.196.115.17):

irb(main):001:0> Gems.versions "rails"                                          
=> "<html> <head><title>403 Forbidden</title></head> <body bgcolor=\"white\"> <c
enter><h1>403 Forbidden</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html>"                    
Could you please remove this rule, as it's impacting our business?

Sorry, the IP is 5.196.115.18, not 5.196.115.17

I'm not seeing any requests from 5.196.115.18. Perhaps you have a proxy that isn't working quite right? Probably better to open a help ticket at http://help.rubygems.org/discussion/new.
