I'd love to help with both the support task and getting an admin dashboard set up. Do we need a new Trello board for all of this?
I wouldn't mind trying to help out. I'm not set up to do anything, really, but I'm willing to pitch in.
I'd be willing to schedule a couple of days a month to do support, but I would need a quick intro. Would it be a good idea to schedule a quick chat on IRC?
Ditto what David Ratajczak said. If someone can point me in the right direction for what I need to ramp up on, I can put in a day or two a month watching the queue.

I'm willing to help out when and if I can. Perhaps if a support guide can be put together there can be a hierarchy of tasks with the person on rotation doling them out?Let me know where to get started.
