help needed in transferring ownership of a gem

I'm the author of the ATV gem. I did this work while I worked at Indiegogo and I registered it on rubygems.org using my indiegogo email address.

I left indiegogo and no longer have access to that email address nor to the associated pw for rubygems.org since I stored the password in a indiegogo password management system.

I care about this gem and want to maintain it. I talked to my former colleagues at Indiegogo and they are OK with transferring it to me. In fact, they have already transferred the github repo (https://github.com/kellyfelkins/atv). However, I don't know how to transfer the gem registration on rubygems.org.

Is this the proper forum for this request? Can someone here change the ownership of a gem?
