Bundle update and version constraints

When I run `bundle outdated`, I get

Outdated gems included in the bundle:
  * capybara (newest 2.5.0, installed 2.4.4, requested ~> 2.4) in group "test"


But running `bundle update` does not update capybara. Is this a bug or a feature?

I noticed it right after posting but I couldn't see my own post to comment it and tell you to disregard this.

I'm presuming there's something else in your Gemfile that's causing capybara to get locked.
