Hello and welcome to the monthly bundler update!

Here you can find what the core team has been up to and what we are planning for the future.

Themes
1.5.0.rc1 released! [1] (We skipped 1.4.0 final. [2]) Barring anything unexpected, planning 1.5.0 final in the next couple of weeks.

Met with rubygems team and decided in principle to merge the two codebases.

Last month

• Most RubyConf! Andre gave a talk, everyone caught up, it was great.
• Andre and Terrence New index format in bundler-api up and running.
• Andre Rubygems.org issues: network connection to Travis CI, SSL problems.
• Terrence Gave a talk at dotRB about new index format. (From all reports, to rousing acclaim.)
  
• Xavier Absent.
  

Next month

• Andre Ruby 2.1 compatibility.
• Andre Get bundler CLI supporting all three types of rubygems servers, with appropriate fallbacks.
  
• Xavier Prototyping TUF [3] integration with rubygems/bundler (security).
