Bundler Monthly Update - January 2014

Hello and welcome to the monthly bundler update!

Here you can find what the core team has been up to for the past month, and what we are planning for the future.

• Released Bundler 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 with fixes for gems included with Ruby and Rubygems 1.8.0-1.8.19 respectively.
  
• Planning to release Bundler 1.5.3 with higher-speed parallel installation by lowering the number of workers by one (based on http://archlever.blogspot.com/2013/09/lies-damned-lies-and-truths-backed-by.html).
  
• Released Bundler 1.6.0.pre.1 with Smit’s iterative resolver and every single known resolver bug fixed. Reception has been extremely positive, and no regressions have been reported. Hoping to push 1.6.0 final in the next week or two.
  
• After that, more work on the new index format, including integration with Rubygems and Rubygems.org.
