How to disable gray listing within settings : symbols_disabled = ["GREYLIST_CHECK", "GREYLIST_SAVE"];

Hi,

If I want to disable gray listing then I read I can disable this in 'settings' with :
symbols_disabled = ["GREYLIST_CHECK", "GREYLIST_SAVE"];

Where should I place this? Where is settings? Should this be in local.d/settings.conf?
