[GSoC 2015] Running rspamd

Hi,
My name is Pushpak and I would like to introduce myself to the developers of this community. I'm (technically) an 3rd year undergrad student at Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani. I am highly interested in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence and data mining and have done various courses in this field. I am proficient in C, Java and Python and can understand Lua codes. I am interested in the projects of "Auto Learning for statistics", "Implementing meta statistics algorithm" and "Adding Language detection to rspamd". Starting points for the first two projects have been provided in other threads in the forum. Here are few queries I have. Any help in these issues will be really great.
1. I installed rspamd by the instructions given. I could run rspamc stat but getting "unrecognized service| $ service rspamd start. What should I do now?
2. What is the priority order of the above 3 projects for this year? Of the 3, language detection library seems relatively easy as I am familiar with n-gramm algorithm C and Lua.
3. Is there any specific format of proposal for rspamd this GSoC?
