Hello, my name is Garrett Brown. I have a 2,000 sq. ft. wood/metal shop on 73rd. and Washington. I own all of the tools, but I rent out space to a couple woodworkers. One of the woodworkers is moving and I would like to fill her space. I am looking to get $500 a month. This will cover your rent, electrical, dumpster rental, heating, internet, and general shop maintenance.
