Application of GGIR package to 1 minute epoch accelerometer data

Hello Vicent, 
First, congratulations on such a great package. I'am sure it took a lot a work.
I wanted to ask you if your package is applicable to  a data that has been already downloaded to a agd file in 60 sec epoch. As you see my data is not raw, and, because it has been downloaded in epoch, I assume it has passed through the Actilife algorithms. I  want to use your package to identify non wear time , bouts , and other outcomes.  But I will not be using it for calibration or detection of anormal hight activity, since this was done automatically when downloaded.

(Sorry if it is a silly question, it is my first time treating with accelerometer data)

Hi Gabriela,
I am afraid what you are trying to do is not possible. You really need the raw Actigraph file, which has gt3x extension and should then be converted to csv format.
