Track disappearing Ancestry collections

It would be fairly simple and fun project to create a web app that crawls Ancestry.com's collections once a day and tracks new and removed collections. But I don't have time for this so I'm throwing the idea out there for somebody else to take.

If I were to build it, I would write a node app running on Heroku that uses Firebase for persistence. That way everything is free.
