FHISO technical work begins

A few months ago Richard Smith and I were appointed to head technical work of FHISO, and after a lot more untangling of policy than anticipated we have put it in a place to start technical work. See http://fhiso.org/2014/08/technical-work-begins-at-fhiso/ for more.

Right now we are looking to form a few exploratory groups to figure out what standards we ought to design first and the scope of each. If you have interest in or opinions about that, I'd encourage you to make them known on the tsc-public mailing list.
